Information collected

Information can be registered and stored when you register at notoriousnorth.com, when you are in contact with sales and support either via e-mail, chat or when you use our services.

Storage of information

Our e-commerce platform is provided by Shopify and data is stored in their cloud services at Amazon Cloud Services' (AWS) data center in Ireland.

 

Subcontractors:

The controller also makes use of services provided by 3rd parties. Here is an overview of subcontractors where information can be stored.

Klarna:
If you pay with Klarna in the online shop, personal information such as e-mail, name, address, social security number will be shared with Klarna for credit.

Vipps:
If you pay with Vipps in the online store, personal information such as e-mail, name, address will be shared with Vipps.

Google Analytics:
Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis. IP addresses and visiting patterns are stored.

PostNord, Bring, DHL and other carriers:
We send packages with Postnord, Bring, DHL and others,  and thus share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.

Communication via e-mail and SMS:
As a customer, you will be able to receive e-mails and SMS regarding your customer relationship. For example, we will send you e-mails/sms related to orders you have placed, sms with tracking number, forgotten password, information about your customer account, etc. This is defined as legitimate interest and consent will not be requested.

We also use e-mail for marketing and communication. As a customer of the Controller, you will receive newsletters at regular intervals, especially if you have given active consent to it. It is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mails.

Access and Rectification:
You have a right to access the information registered about you. Access can be obtained by sending an inquiry to customerservice@nngear.com. If the registered information is incorrect or incomplete, you can demand that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

Storage and deletion
Information that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was created is deleted from our systems.
